Shipping & Returns

We are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection Act to ensure that you, our valued customer, receives the best possible service at all times.


You may return your purchase for a full refund excluding shipping costs, within seven days of receiving your purchase/delivery provided the goods have not been opened or used.

If damages incurred are not as a result of The Gallery, we will accept items back if they are still sealed in original factory wrapping, within 7 days. These items may be refunded, minus any delivery fees. If the packaging has been opened but the product not used, we may, at our discretion, refund less any delivery fees and charge a handling / rewrapping fee of up to 10%.


All refunds will be paid back into the user’s bank account with proof of banking details within 10 working days of us receiving and inspecting the goods.

Cancellations and/or changes are welcome prior to receiving your delivery, please direct your query to online@mattressgallery.co.za with your invoice number.

We ship to all major metros being Gauteng, Western Cape, Ethekwini and Gqeberha, at a nominal fee.

We will always strive to deliver as quick as possible, lead times will vary based on stock availability and your location. We will however communicate this to you every step of the way.


We accept various forms of payment such as EFT and credit/debit cards as well as American Express.
